The strong winds and heavy overnight rains brought by Tropical Storm #TinoPH have already subsided in the City of Puerto Princesa.

In view of the improved weather conditions, 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.
