In observance of Republic Act No. 7684, entitled “An Act Declaring March 4 of every year as a 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝘂𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗮,” please be informed that there will be 𝗻𝗼 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗼 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆).

This is also in line with the celebration of the 𝟏𝟓𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐮𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 and the 𝟐𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥.
